Ameya Preserve – Vision

Unparalleled 11,000 acres in the Yellowstone River valley, south of Livingston. One of the most enjoyable design experiences in our studio’s history.

• Envisioned as an exclusive retreat property, where ‘…nature meets culture…’, for limited number of HNW residents.
• We were one of three architects retained for the property that was to exceed LEED in its sustainability priorities. We designed the one-off infrastructure buildings and elements, including Welcome Center, Nature Center, Tea House, gates, fences, bridges, signage, trail elements, cairns, etc.
• Design quality, sophistication were highest priorities.
• Project was unfortunate casualty of the recession.
